An official from the department told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that they had received information about the presence of a bear in the village. Acting swiftly, he said that a team was dispatched to the location and a rescue operation was initiated. “The operation was carried out promptly and concluded successfully. The bear was captured safely without causing any harm to the locals or the animal,” the official said.
